How It Works
Step 01
One-on-one phone consultation with Marlena
Get started by completing the contact form so I can learn more about you and what’s not working in your home. This is an opportunity to explore further how we can help you make the improvements you’re seeking. After you submit the form, you’ll be directed to the calendar where you’ll schedule a 30-minute complimentary phone consultation with Marlena. After our initial phone conversation, we will arrange our Intention & Discovery session.
Step 02
Intention & Discovery
Our first working meeting begins with setting the intention for our project and walking through your home together, in person or virtually. We will use the Wellthy Home Method of visualization and creation to reimagine what is possible in your space. Using our meticulous eye for detail, innate sense of energy, and ability to see beneath the surface, we will identify opportunities for improvement, clear your paths of travel, remove chaos and confusion, and infuse your home with more comfort, balance, harmony, and joy. This meeting is where the magic starts, including adjustments, suggestions, and feedback to kick off your project.
Step 03
Custom Planning & Tailoring
Together, we will problem-solve what’s not working in your home and craft a plan to address and resolve these issues. We’ll tailor our plan to ensure that we share a vision for your Wellthy Home. We will create optimal Feng Shui and flow by rearranging, repositioning, and editing your existing furnishings for the most harmonious use of space. With a focus on refreshing and making things more balanced, we can also advise and assist with refurbishing existing pieces in addition to sourcing new furnishings, art procurement, and paint/color consultation. With a desire to commune more with nature, we will select plants, trees, orchids, and other flowers with bespoke, curated pots and containers.
Step 04
Implementation & Execution
This is where the magic happens! On implementation day, our team will execute the plan we have agreed upon and elevate your space to boost your mood and improve your well-being. We will bring the muscle to move furniture and hang art as well as expert organizers to ensure optimal functionality in every area of your home. This creative session generally lasts 6 to 8 hours.

Pricing for our services is based on the scope of the project. We will provide you with a custom proposal prior to our first meeting.
