Welcome to the Wellthy Home.

Come on in.

Every home has a story.

Not just in its architecture or furnishings, but in the way it’s lived in. The morning routines, the gathering places, the corners or areas that are avoided, the rooms that never quite feel right. Our home quietly reflects our habits, priorities, aspirations and the season of life we’re in.

I’ve always been fascinated by that story.

For as long as I can remember, I've experienced homes differently. I notice the subtle relationships that many people don’t - the flow of a room, the balance of a space, what feels effortless, what feels unresolved, and how those details influence the people who live there.

Over decades of designing homes, I’ve come to trust that perspective. Some people call it intuition. I think of it as a gift that’s been shaped by experience, curiosity, and a genuine love of helping people live well.

When I walk into your home, I’m not looking for what is wrong. I’m listening for what your home is trying to tell us.

Together, we’ll uncover its potential, not by chasing perfection or buying more, but by making thoughtful, intentional changes that allow your home to better support the life you want to live.

Because when your home feels aligned with you, life has a way of feeling lighter, calmer, and more beautiful.

Meet Marlena

I’ve been shaping spaces since the late 1980’s -custom homes, editorial styling, and projects that demanded a refined eye and a reverence for beauty. Over time, I realized something profound: A home isn’t just a place you live in, it’s a place that shapes how you feel every single day!

That realization led me to develop Integrative Functional Interior Design and create The Wellthy Home Method - a bespoke approach where beauty, wellness, and functionality meet deeper alignment.

THE ART OF LIVING WELLTHY

How we live in our homes and the choices we make matter to our overall health and well-being. We long for deep contentment, inspiring beauty, and holistic wellness on every level — physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual — and so much of that starts in our most personal space: home

Now more than ever, we’re asking our homes to create greater contentment and functionality, and yet, we often find ourselves stuck trying to implement the necessary changes to create a more organized and inviting home. At the Wellthy Home, we know that life can be busy, chaotic, and messy at times, and as a result, so are our homes. We’re here to provide you with the professional guidance and design solutions you need to create a home that supports a healthy, joyful life in a realistic, sustainable way. Our mission is to make the world a healthier, more beautiful place, starting with your place.

Working with Marlena was a turning point for me! Her virtual consultation helped me see how my environment was affecting my mindset and business in ways I hadn’t fully realized. She encouraged me to finally update my office, letting go of old furniture that no longer fit who I’m becoming. That shift alone changed everything. I truly believe it played a big role in the growth I’ve experienced this year. Marlena offers honest, direct guidance that actually moves the needle. Highly recommend.
